What we mean by “Malware Proof”
“Malware Proof” and it’s meaning
When it comes to Macs one of the first things you probably think about is the phrase “Malware Proof” but not a lot of people understand what it means! A lot of people try to say that it’s not true, and there is lots of malware for Macs, which is only half true though. Over the years lots of malware has come out for the Mac, hundreds and hundreds of viruses and trojans have all visited this computer over time! But the thing is when we say “Malware Proof” we don’t mean “There isn’t any malware for the Mac” we mean “Sure there is malware for the Mac, but we have protection against it we scan the insides of the files for any thing that can be harmful, then we check the developers and creators of the product (and if we don’t find any info on who created it, then we will ask you to decide at your own risk), we then check the programs info online to see if there is any info about it being a threat, etc… the list goes on! And if any of these prove to say it’s malware, we won’t run it!” (Also yes, I tried to put that in my own words!)
This is off-topic but well we’re on this topic let me note that BY DEFAULT There is NO MALWARE FOR iOS AND iPadOS, THE ONLY WAY TO GET MALWARE ON THESE TWO OSes IS TO ETHEIR JAILBREAK IT OR INSTALL A PROFILE WHICH IF YOU HAVE DONE, IT WAS AT YOUR OWN RISK! APPLE HAS SPECIFICALLY SAID NOT TO DO THESE!!! THEY HAVE SAID THAT THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DEVICE IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO THESE AND YOU WILL ALSO LOOSE YOUR WARRANTY IF YOU DO DO THEM!!!
